Week 17: 52 Weeks of Photos
I'm attempting to make Belgian Liege waffles. I don't have the pearl sugar so I don't expect the correct outcome but I hope it will be close. Instead, have sugar cubes chopped up. The dough just started rising, tomorrow morning I will knead in the sugar and cook them. Wish me luck!
